This Return, Refund, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy (the “Policy”) outlines Crafoica’s approach to returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations to ensure a seamless and satisfying experience for our customers.
By purchasing or initiating a request for any product on Crafoica, you agree to the terms of this Policy. We may update the terms from time to time, so please review the Policy before making a purchase.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel a return request by contacting our customer service at help@crafoica.com. If the logistics provider arrives for the pick-up, you can inform them directly if you no longer wish to return the product.
CANCELLATION OF RETURN REQUEST
You can cancel a return request at any time by contacting our customer service team at help@crafoica.com. If the logistics provider has already arrived for pick-up, you can simply inform them that you no longer wish to return the item.
CLAIMING REFUNDS
For refunds, the process will vary depending on your payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card/Net Banking: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned product passes the inspection.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will either be credited to your bank account or provided as Crafoica Credits, which you can use on future purchases. Refunds to bank accounts will take 7-8 business days.
Please note that refunds are initiated only after the returned product has been received and inspected. Refunds will not be applicable if a customer has self-shipped an item and it gets lost in transit.
MISCELLANEOUS
In the event of any dispute, Crafoica’s decision will be final and binding.
